Bet types & in-play
Counting is the whole subject of a system bet: one slip hides many wagers, and each of them takes a share of the stake. For that reason this section is the centre of the site.
Full-cover bets are listed by size: Trixie, 4 bets; Patent, 7; Yankee, 11; Lucky 15, 15; Super Yankee or Canadian, 26; Heinz, 57; Goliath, 247. Plain accumulators, each-way bets and singles are the building blocks, and bet builders, cash out, Asian handicap, ante-post and both-teams-to-score markets surround them.
Total stake = unit stake x number of bets, so a Heinz at £1 a line costs £57. In-play betting is available from British bookmakers; cash out is each operator’s own feature, not a right set by statute.
